Allow other values enumlist valid_if?

I was wondering if it’s possible to be able to use other values in an enumlist type column with a base type of ref if it uses a valid_if expression?

If your Valid If expression generates a list of values, it is NOT possible to allow the user to enter a value that isn’t in the list. Instead of Valid If, consider using Suggested values.
