Always show Menu icon at top even after action changes view

I am using actions to move to a different view after forms are saved.
The hamburger icon to let users access the menu is replaced with a back arrow.
Is there a way to change this so that the menu icon remains.

AFAIK, you can’t change that behavior because you are going away from the initial view so the app shows the arrow to return back to initial view or the view you branched from.

It would be nice to have the back arrow and still keep the menu icon in place !
Lots of use cases are single actions and many apps have a default view.
