Anyone else seeing unexpected performance behavior loading tables with more than a thousand rows?

Today I'm seeing errors that users are unable to load tables due to long loading resources. These are tables with over 1000 rows but they have never had issues in the past, most typically load in 3 seconds or less. Data source is postgresql. Anyone else?
