Is there any way to contact someone who can help though support, my app have been down for four day for a problem on appsheet's side and they will not give me any information. This is a critical app for my business. and all they do is repeat the same thing over and over.
I don't know of a direct way to "management" (not quite sure how high up you are thinking about) but I think message to support usually find there way up to an appropriate level. The following post of mine might help.
