I have a regularly arriving PDF that comes in as an email attachment, can be in Gmail.
I want to strip some content out of it (the format is always identical, so string comparisons could be used to identify the relevant content) and place this content in columns in a Google sheet.
Can I do this using Google apps?

This is possible with appsheet. But only if you save your files direct in Google Drive in a specific folder.
