Appsheet discount code in Google Workspace

When trying out Appsheet, I signed up via appsheet.com.  I then inquired about a non-profit discount and was given a code to use to receive a discount.  However, our company uses Google Workspace, so we have used the built-in Appsheet Core licensing feature within the Google Workspace Admin portal to begin rolling out Appsheet for our users.  Is the non-profit discount offered to me originally available to us when our users are enrolled through GWS?  If so, how do I apply it?

How did you get your promo code.  We applied on the website and were approved as a non-profit organization (https://cloud.google.com/apigee/resources/ebook/appsheet-education-discount).  We created our Google profile, but have never received our promo code.

Have you checked your spam folder? They get caught there a lot!
