We have an app in our organization and it is very simple. Everyone can join with the link (it is public). A Google sheet acts like a database. Basically, every row has an email, and the user is only able to see rows that are equal to his email. We have one particular user of 1000 users that can not use the app and we don't know why. He logs in correctly, but his display is different, there are no items and app name does not show up. I have tested and using his mail in the developer mode it works good and displays rows.
