Appsheet reading rows as columns

Is anyone aware of this error message where Appsheet is reading the rows in the spreadsheet as table columns?

We are way under the column limit of 1000, however, there are 11364 entries in our spreadsheet, and over the last few days there has been an issue where Appsheet is reading the spreadsheet entries as columns.

We have been onto the support for the last 3 days and have gotten nowhere. They say the issue is fixed, but it is still affecting some accounts.

We are unable to access our apps which contain over 1000 entries in the spreadsheet, and is affecting our business massively.

The Appsheet chat agents confirmed that this is a known issue affecting a lot of accounts.

They say this has now been fixed, but it is still affecting our accounts.

As you said, the fix was released with yesterday's deployment. How many of your accounts or apps this is affecting? Are you using Excel as a data source?

Just this account as far as we know, but it's multiple apps with spreadsheets above 100 entries.

Yes, we are using Excel as a data source.

We have tried logging out and in again.

We have contacted them many times over the last few days, they just give us the generic "We are looking into this" response, and will not give us any further update.

Have you tried to logout from your AppSheet account as app owner and then login again?
