Hello,
This may not even be able to be accomplished.
I have a number of sections of a form which require files to be uploaded (receipts).
Is there a way that when that section is clicked into that is takes the user to a specific Google Shared drive where all receipts are stored?
I have tried to put it in here.. but it ends up being a "URL" type and not a "File" type. Remember they have to upload a file to this section
Thanks.

I am not sure what you mean by "section is clicked" but I think the answer is Yes.
AppSheet has the ability to pull in a Google folder as a Table. If the folder has a list of images, creating a view against this table will show all the images and the file meta-data.
To add a folder as a table, when you tap the "+" to add a new datasource, select "Google Drive Documents". The rest should be self explanatory.
I hope this helps!
In the Original post... the picture of the "Lodging Cost Estimate" when you click the Adobe Icon... It opens a window for you to search for the folder where the file you need to upload is located. I want the user to go to the folder instead of having to always navigate to the folder. I'll try this adding a folder as a source... But I don't think that is what I had in mind. We'll see.. Thank you for the suggestion.
I went thru the process and it would not allow me to select the drive folder. It said "No Files Available" there are over 300 files in the folder.
Ok, I get what you are trying to do now. Unfortunately, you cannot force users to a particular search folder.
Using the folder as a Table would get you what you need. You can actually use the Table as a dropdown list for the user to choose the receipt file from.

What type of files are they? Make sure they have proper permissions on them to allow users access to the files. You may need to adjust the file security settings under Security -> Options for the app to have access.
They are all type of files. It is a Company All Access Folder. They put receipts in there. Then they insert them into the form.
Not a big deal. I just thought I would check and see.. I hadn't had any luck.
Thank again.
