Attachmet Problem

We are having a problem when we generate an attachment for an email.

The task generates a PDF with the SQL data where all the company's employees are registered. The problem is that in some cases the task is executed but not sent by mail. We assume that it is due to the size of the file (more than 100 sheets) but it does not happen in all cases.

What makes you think it's not being sent? Have you reviewed the Audit History and the Automation Monitor?

I believe the size limit for a generated PDF is 25mb. This is 100% pulled from memory and could be very wrong. This limit could also have been changed or removed since they converted away from the pdf-rocket service?

If we check the automation monitor and all the processes are complete

But we never received the email with the document

Possible it was rejected by your email service? Or arrived in your spam folder?

If we send the complete attachment (+100 pages), the mail doesn't send. But when we divide the attchament (50 pages) the mail sends normaly. 

We assume that it is because of the size, but they never exceed 25mb

Another option is that it is due to the time it takes to create the document. But we don't know that

Está configurado como "AttachAndArchive" o "AttachAndDoNotArchive"?

Si es el primero, podrías revisar si el archivo generado con más de 100 páginas pesa más de 20mb~?

Tiene imágenes tu archivo?

Puedes compartir una captura de cómo es tu plantilla?
