Automated reports

 

Dear All,

I would like to make a query regarding automated reports.

I have a tool control App that has a form where the options and questions are developed based on some conditions.

Therefore, not always all the columns of these forms are complete.

What is happening is that when generating the automated report it shows me all the questions when some do not correspond since according to the progress of the questionnaire those questions were not applied.

Is there a way to limit the columns that the report shows depending on whether they have information or not?

Additionally, at the end of the form, the general state of the tool is evaluated with three conditions. According to the selected condition, the text acquires a format established through the appsheet format rules. Does this format replicate in the report?

  1. Puedes usar un Template If: para definir si quieres que se incluya o no una porciรณn de la plantilla dependiendo de una expresiรณn de lรณgica. ร‰chale un vistazo a la documentaciรณn.
  2. Los Format Rules no se aplican a los reportes. Pero con un poco de ingenio puedes usar el Template If para ello
