Automatically remove expired data.

Hello, so Im trying to make an app where you can apply for medical leave. The user will be able to choose the date when they will started take the leave and when will it end. So the data collected will be transferred to a google sheet.  One day after the leave expired, I want the data to be automatically removed. How to do it?

Create a slice that includes all the rows to be deleted at any given time and a scheduled automation that deletes all rows in the slice.
