Automation Bot

Good evening I have activated a bot to activate a notification to some users to remember to do a data entry procedure. If I activate the bot manually with the "run" function, the notification arrives, instead it should be scheduled at the time I set. But in this case it doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions?

Is the app deployed?  Scheduled automations only run on deployed apps.

You might just check to make sure the Disable button wasn't tapped by accident.

If the bot is still Enabled then...

... you should look at the Monitor page to see if the Bot was triggered at all and if any errors occurred.  If there any runs listed at around times you were expecting it to run then at least the bot is triggering.  WAs there an error?  It will be clearly flagged as "error".  If no error but looks like the bot is triggering, you will need to review the logic closely to see why no notifications are being generated.

If no rows are listed in the Monitor for your run times, that indicates the bot is not triggering.  Review the Bot configuration, especially the run condition to see if there might by anything that you can detect that is preventing it from running.
