Bot is tiggered but not executing the data action

Hi I have two table item table and inventory. When a new item is added in the item table I want to run an action to add a row to the inventory table. The bot is triggered but no row is added to inventory table. What am i missing ? 

when I execute the same action under behaviors when the Form is saved it works bit it does not work in bot. Checked the Automation monitor setting the trigger is excecuted but no value output from the item table.

We need more details.  Can you show the Monitor results indicating if the step ran or not?

I don't know if this makes a difference but you DO NOT need the [_THISROW] qualifier in the action.
