Basically, something caused a delay in processing that didn't allow the automation to finish within its time limit. This could be contributed to numerous possibilities within the flow of the process and such delays are not always easy to pinpoint.
I would start by looking at what the usual run time of the process is. There is a 2 minute (120 seconds) time limit on each step and a 5 minute time limit for the entire Bot.
If your usual time is well under this time limit then you need to analyze the process flow and try to isolate the source of the occasional timeout.
If your process is always approaching the time limit, then may want to consider an alternative approach that either reduces the processing time OR breaks the process into smaller pieces allowing each to run independently and well-within the time limits.
