Branding Images are being cutoff:

My app logo is fine. It’s a JPEG at 196x196.

My Launch Image, no matter what size I upload, it being cutoff. I’ve tried 600x600 and then tried every other ratio I could think of and the photo gets blown up and stretched so far that the image/text gets cut off.

How do I fix this? Image below.

Hi @Dallas_and_Doll, Just a possible workaround suggestion here.

If your logo image is of portrait size , youmay wish toinsert your image on a 600 X 600 pixel white background and then you can use that combined image as the launch image.

@Suvrutt_Gurjar that’s what my image is … a plain white background with my image on top. It didn’t work.

Hi @Dallas_and_Doll, Sorry to understand that.

My workaround suggestion

was mainly to leave blank area sideways around the core logo content area. But that does not seem to be working out.
