is there a way to define some bubble window tips for each format icon? Now I need to document to the users each Icon on each view. It would be great to show to the user the bubble tip window with the information why this icon is displayed and what it means.
One workaround is to use actions instead of direct format rules. Add an inline action and then add format rule(s) for that action. Use an action which doesn't do anything by itself, but it can show the explanation as you wish.
Unfortunately no the end user would need to understand the format rules as the yshow up. You could make a table that is called instructions. The instructions table could have photos and descriptions of the format rules as the use could see them in the app. This could be made into a menu view and the user could go to this when they have a question on an item.
