I have a list type column, element type ref. In form view it allows me to choose city and state in a dependent dropdown.
I was trying to clean up the inline view after the form is completed and changed in line Add action to "Do not display". This made the ability to add the city and state in the initial form creation disappear also.
I believe this should be changed, as just because someone doesn't want in the inline view after a form is completed for someone to see an add button, they should still be able to see it in the initial form creation.
It seems to only be a problem with dependent dropdowns. Single column dropdowns are not affected.
