Can I create an app using google drive documents

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. My name is Jimmy I own a collision repair center, and we are faced with a lot of production issues due to unseen damages not treated fast enough. Right now we use slack as a communication system between departments but since it is more like a conversation, it is hard to loose some stuff. I used appsheet in the past, and was wondering if I could find a way to use it to my benefit.

We use a manager system called BodyShop Connect, they don't have any phone apps to store pictures, however they use google drive as cloud service, so whenever I create a new work order, a file with a unique ID automatically creates itself into google drive.

So basically, this is what I would want the app to do :

1: vehicle has unseen damages so my tech opens the app, types in the work order number that will be automatically created in google drive through BodyShop Connect

2: Creates a supplement demand, to which he can take pictures, write notes on what part we need to order

3: Once completed, it will send a notification to my adjuster so he can order parts either via email or push notifications

4: A copy of the pictures will be backed up in the right google drive folder, so that we can send the pictures to the insurance company.

5: Have a internal message board so if someone needs to leave a quick message

Is this something appsheet can do?

Yes, I'd say Appsheet can accomplish all of that. You can load a GDrive folder of documents as a table, where each document is a record. Then create child tables on those, for pictures, messages, and notes.
