I have a web site with a form, and I want to push the submitted data from my server into a google sheet which I use as the data store for my AppSheet app.
This seems like it should be very straightforward, but I have struggled with how to securely set up service account authentication from my server to push data into the sheet. I thought that would be ideal if possible.
Otherwise it looks straightforward to upload the data with AppSheet API, but I'm confused on why it looks like I need to upgrade to enterprise plan just to do this.
Does anyone have a good idea for best practice here? maybe I'm missing something simple?
Thanks for any help!!
You don't need any subscription to do so, I will suggest you to follow the below article: https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10104797?hl=en#:~:text=AppSheet%20Help-,Add%20records%20t...
You will get complete idea to achieve the above requirements.
How about to incorporate a google form in your website, and that google form will write straight into google sheets, plus some other perks (it can even notify your app, etc)
