I have an Appsheet App with Google Sheets as the backend. This carries data about Student's attendance and progress in a small institute.
I have a WABA enabled Business Whatsapp number, wherein I can integrate Google DialogFlow for general FAQ as well as specific answers e.g. a parent would want to know the progress of the child. Over chat, they may enquire about details of attendance / progress etc.
Am considering integrating Dialogflow with Whatsapp using the WABAPI. This could be achieved with coding up Fulfillments using Node.js for implementing the business logic. I am struggling to understand if a webhook can be used to query an Appsheet app to get data and return it to DialogFlow agent. An illustration / example would be great to have. Else, any direction or recommended steps would be great too.
