Can not edit Saved values in browser view

I can't seem to edit a saved value on a browser on the desktop although I'm able to do it on my mobile phone when I opened to correct a mistake or re edit it the value. the virtual columns or completed values appear and form entry  doesn't appear on the desktop browser  when re editing. I can easily do it Easily with mobile phone with  app display This issue only  happens with Internet browser and Google browser as well.

Is the challenge with the Edit action button (not visible) or you are not able to modify some of the columns when the form view is open?
