Can we change the display name of reference table

As you can see, it shows “Master_housetype entries that reference entry in the Ref_masterid column” Can we change this header to other names? such as House type.

Yes. Just go to the Data -> Columns -> Click the Edit button in your reference table -> Display Name

The text string being shown in @jomphon101’s screenshot is actually the “Description” field for the column.

Description is how the column shows up in a Form view. Display Name is how the column shows up in all other views.
