Change color of column based on value entered

Hello, Newbie here! Is there a way to change the color of the column based on the value entered? For example, if a user enters 50 or more (>=50), the column will change to red.  And if a user enters 50 or less (<=50), the column color will change to green. Appreciate any help here.
