Change from 24 hour format to 12 hour format

How do I change the time format from 24 hour format into 12 hour format with am/pm?

The time format is coming from your device's local settings. With the Chrome, the location needs to be on the top of your list. You can find that option from Chrome > Three dots on the upper right corner > Settings > Languages
