Chat between users regarding a particular entry.

I made an app sheet app to run my two person appliance repair business and it's been working really great but I'd like to be able to chat with my technician in the field with the chat tagged to a particular customer or job. reading about the appsheet chat feature, it doesn't sound like it's really built to chat between two people. Any ideas?

In Salesforce this is done as an ongoing series of notes between sales people and other members of the team regarding particular customers.

I assume you mean implemented outside of Apsheet? because. the app sheet check function doesn't do. this correct?

I don't believe the built-in chat feature would give you a ready-made chat feature to do what you want, but I've never used it, so I may be wrong.

You could implement your own chat feature using other parts of AppSheet--within the AppSheet app. Also not something I've done myself.
