 Hello everyone, is there are any way to create text field for typing and choose clickable "Suggested Words" dynamically at the same time within form view?

I captured my Web App which is created by google script. Currently the user will access the Web App and filling the specific form and one of the text block it call "Log", we using clickable link and responding the value fill it to the text block in real time by JS. Is mean user will input by typing and click below text at the same time. Please share comment if any idea, Thank You

Thank You Sir, I did try that, but I can't make it select and typing at the same time. Such as when I input by typing "Never Ending" then choose predefined clickable text/word "Story" I want it result the current text field output "Never Ending Story" then resume typing within same text field or select other word before save.
