Cognito AWS documentation for Appsheet working?

We and partners of us have tried to use the new  Cognito AWS documentation from Appsheet. But we cannot make it work. We've follow these instructions in detail: https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10104382?hl=en

Does anyone have any idea how to make Cognito work with Appsheet? We manage to access Cognito from the App-link, reset password and log in, but then an Error from Appsheet says that our settings in Cogninto is most likly wrong...

Support have been contacted, but as usual they are at no help and just copy/paste a reply: "Thank you for writing back and sharing the details. We really appreciate your time and patience.
As per the details you have shared, our specialist is checking and working actively to resolve your issue on priority, but it is taking longer than anticipated, please allow us some more time. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused due to this issue. We'll let you know once we have any updates for you related to your query." (hoping we will solve it, I asume....)

You need to give them time to check into the problem.  Since COGNITO is a 3rd party service, AppSheet support might need to build out a sample app to test the connectivity when there is NO apparent reason why it won't work.  Then they may need to contact AWS directly to work on the issue together which means AppSheet support is dependant on AWS support and schedule...just like you are dependant on AppSheet support schedule.  Be patient!

In the meantime, continue using your apps in the way you have been.

Thank you for your reply! We have customers waiting for this, so unfortunatly we are in a bit of a squize here. And I know a lot of other AppSheet customers use this integration, so it should work for us as well. I suspect that  the documentation is incorrect, but not sure of course. Yes they need time, but our experience is that standard support is no longer what it used to be....

If it is a critical need then you should be going through your AppSheet representative for your Business account.  Have you tried that avenue?

No. Who is that? We do have an Entreprise account.... Should'nt support direct us or guide us here? It is actually not related to just us. Anyone trying to use the new Cognito config from Appsheet will not succseed. Aleksi tried it also several times. Same issue there. But I know it used to work, and still works for many existing users that configured this some time back...
