Is it possible to have a list of products (id, barcode, name, quantity)
But I would need a field in addition to the list and apart from the view so that when I scan the barcode it puts the product in green in the list (product loaded into the truck).
And this for each product on the list.

You could add another column like [Scan Status] and update this when a scan is done. Use then Format Rules to format the values for like Scanned, Pending etc.

Read the documentation for barcodes here. The field itself can be set to "scannable" and that will allow the barcode scanner to be accessed by the user.
