Iโm betting that what youโre trying to create is a new column for an additional entry of some type, yes?
- For example:
- Say Iโve got a column that records the total number for the โfirstโ item
- Then Iโve got another column for the secondโฆ
- And a third, fourth, etcโฆ
- One column for each entry
And the problem youโre facing now is that when someone wants to add a new entry into the mix, youโve got to add a new column into the tableโฆ yes?
If youโre finding that youโre needing to add โmore sectionsโ into a tableโฆ thatโs when itโs time to split that table into a parent-child combination using a reference.
