Combine data from two sources

I created a google form for volunteers to tell me if they are able to help with a certain activity. This list of volunteers will be listed in a google sheets file. Volunteers can state their availability for one or more activities on different timeslots and dates.

In app sheets I created an action list for an local event. There are over 100 actions in this list of which about 10 actions need volunteer participation.

I want to see in app sheets for those 10 actions, who will be joining as a volunteer.

How can I link these two tables?
