Concern Regarding Platform Reliability and Future Direction in 2025

Hello AppSheet Team and Community,

I’m writing as a representative of a large organization in my country that relies heavily on AppSheet for internal digital workflows. While we’ve appreciated the power and convenience of the platform over the past few years, we’ve grown increasingly concerned with its recent reliability.

Throughout 2025 so far, we’ve experienced multiple instances of server downtime — some of which severely disrupted our operations. What’s been more worrying is the lack of official communication or updates via AppSheet’s community forum, Google Cloud’s status dashboard, or any social media channels during these outages.

This silence makes it difficult for organizations like ours to plan effectively or maintain confidence in the platform. We understand that no system is perfect, but transparency and proactive communication are essential, especially when it comes to enterprise-level usage.

We’re now starting to question whether we should continue building our long-term infrastructure on AppSheet or look into alternative platforms that offer stronger support and clearer communication.

I’m reaching out not to criticize, but to seek understanding.
Are there any plans to improve the platform’s stability and enhance communication with users moving forward?
