Conditional Format Rule not Working

Hello! As you can see in the image bellow, I have this formating rule on [Estoque Correspondente 1] column that should be applied only on non empty rows, but it's being applied on every row. I have tried using [_thisrow].[Estoque correspondente 1]<>"", but that also doesn't seem to work either.
