Hi all, I work at a company that uses quip for everything. That same company also pays for enterprise Appsheet licenses, but the two do not communicate. How can I make a appsheet database using quip?
Quip: https://quip.com/
As far as I can tell, there is no direct integration with AppSheet. You can likely build your own integration and You have two possibilities:
1) Use a 3rd party integrator service. These services have connectors to many different platforms and then allow transmission of data between two platforms that have been connected with their services. There is a learning curve and will take effort to build out the proper translation process.
2) Use API's. AppSheet has its own API which external services can send data into AppSheet. AppSheet also has Webhooks which allow you to send data to other systems. The "other" systems must support REST type API's. I did a quick search and you can find out more about Quip API's here.
I hope this helps!!

Quip is Salesforce product family.

So, if it is possible to manage Quip links on the Salesforce platform, AppSheet may be able to connect using the Salesforce connector.
