Copy App Problem

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if someone can help me?

I am copying an App that I made, because I want to try another function and not damage the original one in case it does not work.

It turns out that when I copy, I don't know what's wrong, that all the information that I put in the "Copy App" is saved in the "Original App", it's as if they were linked.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, thanks a lot for the help!

It seems the new app is generated just fine, but the short name is copied as well. And that's why you are seeing the same original name. Check the short name from Editor > Settings > Information > Short name

Hi AleksiAlkio, the short name is that of the new App. It's not just that I'm seeing different names, but when I enter data in the new App, they are being added to the old one, not the new one.

Any chance when you copied the app, the first option was set as OFF? Then it has copied the app, but not the data source. This would mean it still uses the same spreadsheet. This you can check from one of the tables definitions.

What data source are you using?
