Please, if I create an AppSheet account and subscribe to a package, then develop and deploy an application(Installed it on my phone) and I deactivate or could not subscribe monthly subsequently. will my app still continue to run?
If you're just using the app for your own personal usage, there's a toggle inside the INFO panel to tell the system this - and then you won't be charged for that app's usage... to a point.
If you've got a lot of different people using the app though, then that won't be considered "personal" - personal is one person using the app only.
