Create an Apk file from Appsheet App

Hello, does anyone know a way to create an apk from an app made in Appsheet other than from the official Appsheet editor?

Why would you want that ? Is that to edit the logo of the apk ? Or avoid paying the 50$/month for branded app ?

It's just that someone told me I could do it and I know it can be done but out of curious interest I wanted to know how to do it.

Sure - you can unpack the .apk (just rename it to .zip) and change the app assets around. You'll need to resign it using your own signing identity when you're done. I used to do this to change mobile notification icons to something other than the AppSheet logo, but I haven't bothered with it in a while.

Really though, since the .apk is just a wrapper of the AppSheet webservice, you cant change all that much.
