Creating a New Row in Separate Sheet Based on 'Item' Selection

We are working on an app for our kitchen stores to use that will serve as a living dashboard for when they need to cook items.

One of the goals with this is to have a view in the front of the store where they serve the food out of the buffet trays that shows what food items are set to be cooked over the next 20 minutes, which we have working. The other one which we need help with is going to be a โ€˜Requestโ€™ sheet. It will show images of the food items we sell, and they will tap on the one that they need if they are running low on it, and then it will populate on the kitchensโ€™ screens in the back with a cook time of 10 minutes from that moment using the "TIME() + โ€œ000:10:00"โ€ function, and add the item in to their queue after they submit/sync the apps.

This is what the โ€˜Requestโ€™ view would look like (I can only add 1 image to the post unfortunately)

What would be the best set up method we can use to accomplish this? The โ€˜Requestโ€™ buttonsโ€™ data set is just a 3 column sheet with the items names in it. The goal is that when they press Chicken Tenders, it adds a new row to the kitchen queue for Chicken Tenders and the time+10.

Thanks
