Creating a form for printing data with data filters

I would like to print the collected data out in a printable format that can be in either *.pdf or *.docx. Is there a way to do this?

The view I have already provides me all the data but now I need to have perhaps a form for printing wherein I can print data (Travel Logbook) by Date range, Project or Driver. The result of this form may be e-mailed as an attachment or as part of the mail body.

You would need to use a document template.  A template allows you to generate a document from your data using the formatting specified in the template.  The resulting generated document can then be emailed to a dynamic list of recipients OR saved to a folder in your data Cloud and even attached to an email later with other documents.
