Our apps hosted on MSFT just randomly died while users were in them. Thought it was just us. That also explains why I can't chat with support directly...

I'm also having this issue. My apps are also hosted in Microsoft, using Sharepoint.

FYI - When this happens in the past - I call Microsoft or look online at the outages.  I could not find an outage AND I called Microsoft and it was going to be a 2 hour wait.  I hung up.

FYI, at first sight, seems to work now when using SharePoint but not with OneDrive

I had to "Regenerate" each data set that used Microsoft.  That fixed it for me.
