Dashboard Inline view show differently than mobile view

Hi all, I have an issue here with dashboard view. I have a virtual column to calculate candidate employment duration, but this result of duration, not showing in dashboard view, no matter showing alone or concatenate with other column. I need some advises, thank you all.

Hi Rafael,

I have solved the issue, I think there is some kind of bug for dashboard view. 

I clicked into the employment details to edit it, I found the virtual column inside, when I return back from editing, all employment duration showed up.

Hello, have you checked if:

-That column is included in the view's column order list
-The column has any context("View") conditions
-The correct view that contains that column is actually included in the dashboard
