Dashboard view issues

Good Morning!

Iโ€™m seeing some strange issues with dashboard view in my apps. We have been using the same setup for several months, but this morning several team members are getting BLANK dashboards for our main view. Other dashboard views are fine, some machines are effected and some are not, my PC and phones seem to be fine but Apples machines seem to be the only one that I know of so far.

Anyone faced this issue or have recommendations? I cleared the browser cache with no change.

Thank you!

These issues are slowly resolving per machine, any ideas?

So one of the machines with blank dashboards hit a error: โ€œHTTP Error 503. The Service is unavailable.โ€

After a few moments we refreshed successfully and the dashboard worked properly again, after being blank all morning. Just had another team member report the same scenario on another app, but did not see the 503 Error, just service unavailable.

Anyone with insight on how to get this resolved as half my team is still having this issue.

Thanks in advance!

Are all of the affected clients on the same local network? Possible local caching issue?

We are on the same network, any idea how to refresh local network cache?

On a few machines I have had luck logging out and the dashboard came back, on one machine the dash came back and then disappeared again within minutes, so strange.

Not all networks have a cache. If yours does, I would expect it to be managed by your IT staff.

Thanks for the tip Steve!

Also ask whether there is a proxy server. A cache server is a type of proxy server. Eitherโ€“if presentโ€“could produce the effects youโ€™re seeing.

Or it could be a NAT problem.

Just get your IT people involved.

I have finally gotten word from IT that there is supposedly no server or network cache at our location. We are still seeing regular 503 errors and blank dashboard errors that mean users have to log out and log back in.

Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately, no.
