Data Not syncing

i currently am running an app for my family’s MLB RBI Pool.  I currently have all the appsheet data getting fetched from google sheets.   Within google sheets, i have functions that use the MLB api to fetch the current RBI data for a bout 70 players.

Problem:  All of the tabs populate correctly except for 1.  It shows all zeros a bunch of times.  And after i close the app for about 10min and re-open, the correct data is there. This tab is a just a table list with the standings of each family member. 
The data in google sheets is there and correct (not showing zeros)

Does anybody know why this happens?  I have changed the sync options multiple times and nothing improves.

Have you tried to set the option "Delta sync" as Off?

I just changed it, but I still see the issue intermittently

And the server cache is OFF?

Just turned it off. Lets see. Might take a little bit.
