Hello,
I'm having a syncing issue in the app my business uses. I notice that when I enter data into a form I don't see it immediately afterwards but I have to refresh the page several times before viewing it. I use an excel in a sharepoint (microsoft) as a db and Microsoft as authentication provider.
How can I solve the problem?
Thank you
You could try these synchronization settings:
I didn't solve it this way. It's a pretty big deal for using the app in my company. What else can I try?
@Suvrutt_Gurjar sorry, do you have any advice for this issue? It's important for the company work!
Hi @DaGi07
I noticed a while ago that Excel storage is a little slower than Sheets for syncing situations.
But generally I had to wait until 2 minutes before effectively seeing the change from another account.
You may want to use another datasource?
hi @Aurelien , my company use Teams and One Drive. In your opinion, there is another way to use a google sheet or another datasource in microsoft workspace?
thanks
Hi @DaGi07
It all depends on your company's policy, I can't help you with that.
You may want to keep on using Teams and One Drive as long as there is not a need for immediate syncing among users.
You may want to try using AppSheet database instead?
For reference: Use databases in your app - AppSheet Help

@Aurelien I can't use appsheet database because the DB should be in excel unless there is a function thant permit to convert a db appsheet to Excel when needed. Is there?
It all depends on your need.
If you require a simple copy of your db on Excel, you can use a bot to automatically trigger a copy/update on your Excel file.
For reference:
Steps: The Essentials - AppSheet Help
If this is about extracting raw data, you can use an action "export in csv":

If this is about switching database as needed, you can use this:
then this:

---|---|
25 | |
14 | |
4 | |
