How come the PDF attachment template captures data from the related Shift table showing for user 1 but not for any other users? User 1 is my default user and has old data captured, so maybe has something to do with that?
PDF attachment template
App formulas
Data in Gsheet for user 1 - Pay review table
Data in Gsheet for user 1 - Shift table
Attached pdf for user 1 (working)
Data in Gsheet for user 2 - Pay review table
Data in Gsheet for user 2 - Shift table
Attached pdf for user 2 (not working)
It only works for user 1. No data is captured for any other users.
Also, I had another issue that might be related.
Email body template:
App formulas
For user 1, both the virtual and the Gsheet column data are captured.
For all other users, only the Gsheet data is captured.
I don't understand what the problem is, but I solved it by replacing the virtual columns with Gsheet columns. However, I can't do this for my other problem as related columns needs to be virtual columns because the need to be List columns (I think).
Any advise?

@Steve So, when I said that I was facing issues for users other than mu default user, I meant that I am using the Preview App as functionality.
I tried now to actually using the app on my phone. I logged in with another user (not my default user), and everything seems to be working fine. Can it be that some things don't work when using the Preview App as functionality? So nothing wrong with the app expressions etc, just Appsheet not working 100% in Preview App as mode?
In the app itself, is the Related Shifts column being populated correctly for each row of the Pay Review table?
@Steve Thanks for helping. Yes, everything is captured in both the app and the sheet as far as I can see. Some of the columns are not showing in the app, but that's as per my UX settings.
I think the issue has something to do with virtual columns as both the Related Shifts and Virtual name are both virtual columns, but I don't know what the actual issue is. Everything else that are not virtual columns are capture and showing for all users.
What makes this odd to me is that it works for User 1, but not for anyone else.
Also, Virtual name is captured, but not showing in the email (problem 2 that I mentioned in my original post). Only Name shows.

Preview App as affects the behavior of the USEREMAIL() and USERROLE() functions within the app in the app emulator. I don't believe (and it doesn't appear) that setting carries over to Automations run in response to use of the app in the app emulator.
