Date Format Issue in Downloaded CSV

When I download the CSV file, the dates appear in two different formats. Can you please tell me what mistake I might be making that is causing this to happen?

This appears to be a screen shot of your sheet.  Formatting of dates is controlled within the sheet.  It is likely that not all of your cells for that column are applying the same format.  Choose the column, go to the Format menu and apply the desired Date format. 

Do all values update to that desired Date format?

I have not put any expression in the date column. The date column has the expression today().
