Deeplinking to User Settings page

I need to direct my users to fill out some user settings when they are on boarded into my app. I'm wondering if there is a way to create a deeplink to the user settings page so that I can add a "button" to a dashboard that when clicked would take the user directly to their settings page. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, I believe it should be possible to display action in primary position in one of the views in the dashboard. Please ensure to enable the following setting for dashboard views.
