Delete comments

I want that when my users delete any data, then option to add comment should be shown. Whose main email can be known so that the reason for deleting can be known. It's possible

There is an optin to write the reason for deletion.

I want that if a user deletes my data, then he deletes it and can add the reason for deleting it.

Hide the system’s delete action and display instead a group action containing two actions:

1. An action to add a new row in another log table. This row would contain information about the deleted record, and a comment from the user using INPUT() command. 
2. The normal system’s delete action. 

You can change the icon of the new action to the usual bin icon and rename it Delete, so that it appears to the user as if it were the normal delete action.
