Deployment - can my test users continue using the app after deployment without reinstalling it?

Hello!
I have a question regarding deployment. Currently the app is being tested by various users. We would like to keep these as users after deployment (instant deployment with link, no white-labeling), without sending them a link and them having to reinstall the app, so for them the app usage stays the same. Is this possible or does the deployed app get a new app id?
