Detail View Quick Edit Columns not working

I'm really confused about this since it was working earlier but it suddenly it stopped.  Eval is a Y/N data type while the rest are Enums.  Eval is defaulted to "N" in the preview while the rest of the Enum are not even showing up.

Can anyone shed light as to why this is happening? Is this a bug?

What are the values in those other columns?

This is a Detail view.  By default, AppSheet is supposed to HIDE columns where the value is blank or empty string.  I have noticed recently that blank fields WERE being shown.  I implemented logic to force hiding of them.  Maybe AppSheet spotted this as a regression bug and recently fix it?

I figured it out. Someone might've tapped on the formula button. Weew.
